Terms of Service
These terms explain how MadeReal Design Ltd works with customers who request a free preview or commission a website, design or print project.
Free previews
Requesting a free preview does not create a payment obligation. We may decline a preview if the project is not a good fit, if we need more information, or if capacity is limited.
The £197 website offer
The £197 offer covers the agreed MadeReal website build described on this site. It does not include third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, paid plugins, advertising spend or specialist integrations unless agreed in writing.
Payment and approval
Payment is due only when you approve the preview and ask us to complete the website. Once work is approved and delivered, refunds are not normally available unless we have failed to provide the agreed service.
Ownership
After full payment, you own the finished website content and code we create for you, except for any third-party assets, fonts, libraries, platforms or services that remain subject to their own licence terms.
Client materials
You are responsible for making sure any logos, images, copy, reviews or other materials you provide can legally be used on your website or marketing materials.
Search results
We include basic local SEO structure where relevant, but no agency can guarantee specific rankings, traffic, enquiries or Google indexing timelines.
