Will guests need to download an app?+
No. They open your menu link or scan a QR code and browse in their phone’s browser.
Can we keep our existing website?+
Yes. Your menu can have its own link, which you can add to your website, socials and printed QR codes. You can see a venue preview at Trawden Arms.
What do the dietary filters mean?+
They display the dietary tags your venue confirms for its dishes, including options available on request. Dietary tags do not guarantee that a dish is safe for an allergy. Guests should talk to your team about ingredients, substitutions and preparation before ordering.
Can our staff add dishes and change prices?+
That is the core workflow: an authorised team member edits the menu in a simple workspace. Try the interactive example above to change prices, photos, categories and availability.
What about paper menus?+
The demo produces a clean A4 menu from the current available dishes, grouped by category. Use your browser’s print dialog to print it or save it as a PDF.
Does MadeReal manage bookings or take food orders?+
This pilot focuses on displaying and updating your menu. Keep using your existing booking and ordering systems; their links can sit alongside your menu.
