When you contact us
We use the contact details, business information and messages you choose to send to respond, prepare a preview and discuss or provide the service you request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
How the website works
Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions for us. Hosting and form services may process technical information such as an IP address, request logs and spam checks. An enquiry can include the page, referring website and campaign details that led to it so we can understand which routes bring relevant enquiries. We do not place advertising or analytics cookies through this website.
Other services you choose to use
WhatsApp, email providers and Stripe process information under their own privacy terms when you use those services. Links to client websites lead to separately operated sites. We do not sell your enquiry details or add you to a marketing mailing list just because you request a preview.
Why and how long we keep it
We use information to take steps at your request before a contract and to deliver agreed services. We also have a legitimate interest in handling enquiries, keeping the website secure and maintaining appropriate business records. We keep information only while needed for those purposes or a legal record-keeping obligation, then remove or anonymise it.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to or request limits on its use where applicable. Contact us first so we can help. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Relevant business introductions
We may use a public business contact address and information about a business’s existing website or menu to make a relevant MadeReal service introduction where the marketing rules allow it. We record the public source and the reason the introduction is relevant. Where this involves personal information, we assess our legitimate interest against the recipient’s rights and expectations. We do not treat a public email address as consent to marketing.
Every introduction identifies MadeReal and gives a simple way to decline. Reply to the email or contact maderealdesign@gmail.com to stop further marketing. We retain a minimal do-not-contact record to honour that choice and periodically remove prospect information we no longer need. Requesting a preview or menu setup does not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Menu setup requests
If you request an online menu, we use your chosen package, menu link or file, design notes and contact details to prepare and discuss the requested service. Supply business menu material only; do not upload passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information. Netlify processes the form and uploaded files for us. A setup request by itself does not create a paid subscription or staff account.
