When you contact us
We use the contact details, business information and messages you choose to send to respond, prepare a preview and discuss or provide the service you request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
How the website works
Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions for us. Hosting and form services may process technical information such as an IP address, request logs and spam checks. An enquiry can include the page, referring website and campaign details that led to it so we can understand which routes bring relevant enquiries. We do not place advertising or analytics cookies through this website.
Other services you choose to use
WhatsApp, email providers and Stripe process information under their own privacy terms when you use those services. Links to client websites lead to separately operated sites. We do not sell your enquiry details or add you to a marketing mailing list just because you request a preview.
Why and how long we keep it
We use information to take steps at your request before a contract and to deliver agreed services. We also have a legitimate interest in handling enquiries, keeping the website secure and maintaining appropriate business records. We keep information only while needed for those purposes or a legal record-keeping obligation, then remove or anonymise it.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to or request limits on its use where applicable. Contact us first so we can help. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
