The preview is a first homepage design to help you decide. Requesting or viewing it does not commit you to a paid plan. We may ask for more information before preparing it. It is not a completed, live website or a guarantee of a particular delivery date.
If you choose to go ahead
The managed website plan is £35 per month. We confirm the agreed pages, content, functionality, billing arrangements and any additional costs before payment. The plan includes the agreed website build, managed hosting, SSL and direct website support while active.
Changes and additional services
Tell us what you need changed and we will confirm the work and timing. Larger additions, a full online shop, specialist integrations, domain registration or renewal and business email are not automatically included. Any extra cost is agreed before that work starts.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel the monthly plan at any time by contacting MadeReal. We confirm the service end date with you. Your website goes offline when the plan ends. If you are moving to another provider, discuss the arrangements before cancellation; a transferable website or continuing hosting is not automatically included in the monthly plan.
Your content and approval
You remain responsible for the accuracy of the business information you approve and for permission to use supplied photos, logos, reviews and other content. Keep ownership and control of your own domain and Google Business Profile. We need your approval before launch.
Search visibility and enquiries
We cannot guarantee Google rankings, inclusion in AI answers, traffic, a number of enquiries or business income. We provide the agreed website work, not a guaranteed commercial result.
The separate £197 option
A one-off website build is available separately. It is not a monthly-plan deposit. Its scope, handover, hosting arrangements and any ongoing third-party costs are confirmed before purchase.
